I ordered some lip balm, I am very happy with it. The item was order in mid December and I was notified that it was despatched on 12 December, but did not arrive. I contacted the seller who sorted this out for me. I finally got the item on 2 January, this may have been a problem with the post and not the seller. The item itself is fantastic
