Items were still not dispatched 7 days after placing the order. Had to contact the seller about it. She finally sent them and another 9 days after that I still never received anything. 17 days in total for an order that was only travelling from England to Scotland. Contacted the seller again who "assured" me that my oder would arrive. Had to open a case with Etsy to finally get a refund.
